Three Little Figs Fresh Fig Spread

Brussels, Belgium – The jury of the International Taste Institute, composed of some of the world’s best chefs and sommeliers, has awarded Three Little Figs Fresh Fig Spread with the 2022 Superior Taste Award.
The Superior Taste Award is a certification granted to products that meet or exceed the expectations of our chefs and sommeliers. Thousands of products are evaluated every year, while only the best are awarded. Awarded products are well made, balanced and delicious.

“The Superior Taste Award is a testament to our commitment to creating fine foods using only the very best quality ingredients from Greece. Our fig jam is made using non-GMO fresh figs from the PDO region of Kalamata. The results are in the taste and texture.” Steve Kriaris, President, KOLONAKI Group of Companies.

The International Taste Institute performs objective sensory evaluation: its jury follows a rigorous blind-tasting methodology in which product samples are anonymised to avoid any scoring biases. In addition to scoring product performance according to the five standard sensory criteria, the jury provides comments and suggestions for further product improvement and food pairing.
